Privacy notice
We keep this simple: we only collect what you send us, we use it to answer you, and we don't share it for marketing.
Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, email, phone (if you give it) and your message.
- Spam protection: the IP address the message was sent from, stored with your message.
- Visitor statistics: our web server records which pages are visited, with the last part of your IP address removed before anything is saved. We use this only for overall visit counts, kept on our own server.
This website uses no cookies, no tracking scripts and no third-party services. Fonts are served from our own server.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and protecting the site from abuse, under the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of North Macedonia no. 42/2020).
Who sees it
Only varpX staff. Messages go to our own mail server; our servers are located in the EU. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact, unless it leads to a contract. In that case the usual legal retention periods for business records apply.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, or object to its use. Just email contact@varpx.com. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency (dzlp.mk).
